The Bar Method EXPERIENCE
At The Bar Method, we believe that your time in class should be more than just a workout. It's a part of your day when you can experience an encouraging and motivational environment that will set the tone for your entire day. When you take a class with us, you will experience a challenging, full-body workout led by our expert instructors. We've ensured our workout is not only proven and effective, but it's safe for students spanning a wide range of abilities, including those with physical limitations and injuries.
During the CLASS
Every Bar Method class starts with a warm-up, upper-body exercises and pushups in the middle of the room, followed by a sequence of leg work at the barre and core exercises on the floor. Students of all levels (beginners are welcome!) work within their individual limits while receiving encouragement to continually push forward.
It’s called a low impact workout, but it’s plenty intense. Build strength muscle by muscle and breath by breath to get the body you want.
A Safe Way to STRENGTH
It’s time we open our minds to a New Strength. Strength from a workout that is more effective than it seems, more challenging than it looks, and will not tear your body down.
All Levels WELCOME
The road to strength is a personal journey. Feel empowered by an instructor that knows your name and gives you real-time feedback to help you achieve a new standard of strength.
When you take the time to focus on form, you see quicker results. When you target muscle groups over and over again, you get sculpted. Challenge your mind to focus deeper on the body.
Workout With US
I love that instructors take the time to get to know you by name and go out of their way to give you corrections so you can get the most out of every exercise. I always feel like they are cheering me on to push past my own personal limits.- Kelly, Chicago
