The Bar Method EXPERIENCE

At The Bar Method, we believe that your time in class should be more than just a workout. It's a part of your day when you can experience an encouraging and motivational environment that will set the tone for your entire day. When you take a class with us, you will experience a challenging, full-body workout led by our expert instructors. We've ensured our workout is not only proven and effective, but it's safe for students spanning a wide range of abilities, including those with physical limitations and injuries.

During the CLASS

Every Bar Method class starts with a warm-up, upper-body exercises and pushups in the middle of the room, followed by a sequence of leg work at the barre and core exercises on the floor. Students of all levels (beginners are welcome!) work within their individual limits while receiving encouragement to continually push forward.

Sustainable PROGRESS

It’s called a low impact workout, but it’s plenty intense. Build strength muscle by muscle and breath by breath to get the body you want.
