What to EXPECT

You’ll start class with a brief warm-up followed by upper body exercises and push-ups to define your arms and shoulders. Endless variations of our signature moves tone and shape your legs and seat to give you long, lean muscles—just like a dancer’s body. Floor work strengthens your core and increases stamina so you feel strong from the inside out. Classes utilize body weight for many of the exercises, but a few simple props are used as well. You can purchase a home barre, light weights, ab mats, and a ball from our online store. Or you can easily substitute any of these barre props with items you have at home, using a study chair for your barre, a firm pillow for ab support, and a towel for straps.
