Class Offerings

The Bar Method offers a variety of safe, effective classes designed to help every body feel their personal best. Our signature Bar Method class is a great workout for all levels and anyone looking for a fat-burning transformation. Our Bar Move class uses fast footwork and large movements to help cardio-lovers achieve an optimal heart rate and endorphin rush. Our Bar Advanced workout challenges experienced barre enthusiasts to ask more of their muscles through deeper thigh and seat work. All classes are generally 60 minutes long. But if you’re running short on time, try the 45-minute Express version of each class that packs a full-body workout into a condensed format. 

Additionally, we offer Bar Restore for those looking to incorporate more stretching in their workout, and Bar Basics for those who want to learn the foundations of our technique. 


Bar Method

Low impact. High reward. Our classic interval-training workout is designed to help you lose inches by burning fat and sculpting lean muscles. A well-designed sequence of specific movements will target and reshape your muscles. And stretches incorporated throughout the class will tone and elongate your body. Bar Advanced

Strength without the bulk? Yes, please! This class focuses on precision and the technique of our signature exercises while asking for more muscle engagement and endurance. Special focus is placed on thigh and seat areas to isolate, sculpt and define each muscle. Even the most practiced barre enthusiasts will be challenged to push the limits of their inner and outer strength.

Bar Move

Ready, set, glow. This fast-paced aerobic workout promises to increase your heart rate — and keep it up — through bursts of large, active movements. Detoxify your body with this cardio challenge and give it an endorphin rush it will love!

Bar Restore

Because flexibility is as important as strength, we offer Bar Restore. The first half of this class features elements of our signature Bar Method class, designed to give you an intense workout. The second half slows down to focus on stretching the muscles you’ve just challenged. You’ll emerge feeling renewed and recharged!

Bar Basics

Our foundational class is designed to set new students up for success and help experienced students deepen their understanding of our technique. Instructors teach simplified choreography and offer step-by-step support so you can master the moves without missing a beat. A great way to ready your body — safely and systematically — for more challenging Bar Method classes.

Who it's for:

Anyone who wants to learn foundational form so you can get the most out of each class.

What you'll gain:

  • Foundational understanding of core exercises
  • Proper form and alignment
  • Familiarity of prop setups for different exercises

Bar PRENATAL

At last, a bar you can belly up to while baby’s on board. This modified version of our 60-minute Bar Method class is designed to be both safe and effective for mom and her mini. Strength-building exercises will help support your growing bump and prepare you for labor day, while custom stretches will offer sweet relief to tired leg and back muscles. After this class, you’ll really be glowing.
