What to Expect From Bar Restore Classes
With a variety of lengths and formats, Bar Restore allows you to create a customized experience so you can relax and recover in whatever way your body (and schedule) needs. This class comes in 75-minute and 60-minute sessions — or even a 15-minute session at the end of an intense Bar workout (see your studio’s schedule for details).
