What to Expect From a Bar Strength Workout
Every Bar Method studio offers Bar Strength classes in 60-minute and 45-minute lengths, so you can create a customized barre experience fit for your schedule and fitness goals. (Some studios also offer 15-minute Bar Strength sessions at the end of some classes.)

- Builds on the muscle-building elements of our signature Bar Method class — and turns the dial up a notch.
- Combines two circuits of repeating exercises with complementing stretches in between.
