The Bar Method Santa Clarita

• Some class sizes are limited and may be sold out. We highly recommend reserving classes online or The Bar Method app in order to guarantee your spot in class. Reservations are studio specific and can be made up to 14 days in advance.
• If you’d like to attend a class that is full, please put yourself on the waitlist. As soon as a spot opens up in class, you will receive an email. Please cancel your reservation or reply to the notification immediately if you cannot attend.
• When you arrive at the studio, please check-in at the front desk. Reservations will be honored only up to the start of class. If you do not arrive prior to the start of class, your reservation will be given away to anyone on the waitlist.
• If you are on the waitlist for an early morning class, please check your Bar Method app or account to see if you’ve been added to the class.

• If you cannot attend class, please cancel your class online or on The Bar Method app to avoid being charged for a late-cancel or no-show. For early morning classes, the cancelation window is 8 hours. For all other classes, the cancelation window is 90 minutes before the start of class. If you have a membership, the late-cancel fee is $8 and the no-show fee is $15.
• If you are using a class package, a no-show or cancellation after cutoff window results in a loss of that class.

• Please be on time.
• First time students MUST arrive 10-15 minutes early.

• Please wear socks that cover your whole foot. Any closed-toed socks are fine. Please NO open-toed socks, NO bare feet, & NO shoes on the carpet.
• You may bring your own socks from home, or purchase a pair of grip socks at the studio.

• No drinks are permitted inside the exercise studio except plain, clear water in a capped cup or bottle.
• Please do not bring glass or uncapped water into the exercise studios. Capped water bottles are allowed.
• Please do not bring cell phones into the exercise studio. Lockers are provided with keys and we ask that you leave your phone in a locker along with the rest of your belongings.
• Please do not chew gum in the exercise studio.
• Disruptive students may be asked to leave. Please be respectful of fellow students and your instructor.
• To ensure other students can hear the instructor, please no talking during class.

• Prenatal clients are welcome.
• Pregnant students MUST arrive 15 minutes early to their first class.
• Please check with your physician before you start this, or any exercise program, while pregnant.

• No clients are admitted before they reach 13 years of age.
• Clients under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

• Please notify front desk staff and instructors of any illness or injury that may impact your ability to exercise. In some cases, a doctor’s note may be required to allow you to take class.
• If you have a cold or anything else that may be contagious (including COVID-19), we ask that you do not attend class.

We do not offer childcare.

Parking is easy and free!

Members can freeze their membership once per year for a minimum of 30 days, in 30-day increments, up to 90 days. Members may not cancel their membership during a freeze. To freeze your membership, please email santaclarita@barmethod.com.

10-packs expire after 6 months.

20-packs expire after 12 months.

• All sales on Bar Method classes are final. No refunds on services.
• Retail items may be returned within 24 hours of purchase, unworn, with tags still on.

We require 31 days written notice to cancel a membership. We take one final payment after notice of cancelation. Members may not cancel their membership during a freeze; final payment is required. To cancel a membership, please email santaclarita@barmethod.com.
