The Bar Method Santa Clarita

• Some class sizes are limited and may be sold out. We highly recommend reserving classes online or The Bar Method app in order to guarantee your spot in class. Reservations are studio specific and can be made up to 14 days in advance.
• If you’d like to attend a class that is full, please put yourself on the waitlist. As soon as a spot opens up in class, you will receive an email and/or text. Please cancel your reservation if you cannot attend.
• When you arrive at the studio, please check-in at the front desk. Reservations will be honored only up to the start of class. If you do not arrive prior to the start of class, your reservation will be given away to anyone on the waitlist.
• If you are on the waitlist for an early morning class, please check your Bar Method app or account to see if you’ve been added to the class.

• If you cannot attend class, please cancel your class online or on The Bar Method app to avoid being charged for a late-cancel or no-show. For early morning weekday classes, the cancelation window is 8 hours. For all other classes, the cancelation window is 90 minutes before the start of class. If you have a membership, the late-cancel fee is $8 and the no-show fee is $15.
• If you are using a class package, a no-show or cancellation after cutoff window results in a loss of that class.
• Please make sure you get checked into the class when you arrive, and especially if you’ve arrived late. This will prevent an accidental no-show charge.

• Please be on time.
• First time students MUST arrive 10-15 minutes early.

• Please wear socks that cover your whole foot. Any closed-toed socks are fine. Please NO open-toed socks, NO bare feet, & NO shoes on the carpet.
• You may bring your own socks from home or purchase a pair of grip socks at the studio.

• No drinks are permitted inside the exercise studio except plain, clear water in a spill-proof capped cup or bottle.
• Please do not bring glass or uncapped water into the exercise studios.
• Please do not bring cell phones into the exercise studio. Lockers are provided with keys and we ask that you leave your phone in a locker along with the rest of your belongings.
• Please do not chew gum in the exercise studio.
• No talking during class, please! When you’re chatting with your neighbor, other students cannot hear the instructor.
• Disruptive students may be asked to leave. Please be respectful of fellow students and your instructor.

• Prenatal clients are welcome.
• Pregnant students MUST arrive 15 minutes early to their first class.
• Please check with your physician before you start this, or any exercise program, while pregnant.

• No clients are admitted before they reach 13 years of age.
• Clients under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

• Please notify front desk staff and instructors of any illness or injury that may impact your ability to exercise. In some cases, a doctor’s note may be required to allow you to take class.
• If you have a cold or anything that may be contagious, we ask that you do not attend class.

We do not offer childcare.

Parking is easy and free!

Members may freeze their membership once per year for 30-45 days. The minimum freeze is 30 days and the maximum is 45 days. To freeze your membership, please email santaclarita@barmethod.com. We do not accept freeze requests by phone call, text, or social media DM.

10-packs expire 6 months after the purchase date.

20-packs expire 12 months after the purchase date.

• All sales on Bar Method classes are final. No refunds on services.
• Retail items may be returned within 48 hours of purchase, unworn, with tags still on.

To cancel a membership, please email santaclarita@barmethod.com at least 3 days before your next payment date. We do not accept membership cancelations by phone call, text, or social media DM.

Some memberships include guest passes. Guest passes are restricted to first time guests only. Your guest MUST arrive 10 minutes early to their first class, and they must attend class with you. They must sign the waiver using their own email address and phone number. You will be responsible for late cancel and no-show fees for your guest. For certain special event classes, guest passes will not be honored.

Each person attending class must sign their own waiver using their own email address and their own phone number. Please do not ask your guest to sign their waiver using your email address.
