Valentines Day is here!  This sweet little holiday can mean different things to different people! For some its a date night or weekend away with your significant other.  Perhaps its time with friends celebrating the single life out on the town.  Helping your kids decorate cards for school parties. Eating chocolates or devouring those delicious little candy hearts.  However you celebrate (or dont celebrate!) Valentines Day, be sure to surround yourself with the things that make you happy, and the people that love you most.

Also, dont forget about yourself!  Give your body the love it deserves.  Love your muscles, love your mood, love your faster metabolism, love your workout community, and love your lifted seat and six-pack abs!  Get to an extra class this week or take the options in class.  Feel the love as you commit to your fitness and see results.
